By sending an email to the Administrator's email address, you consent to your email address being added to the contact list administered by GASTROLOGY, Dr. n. med. Orest Hnidec, Ogrodowa 19, 15-027, Białystok, NIP 9660609203 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

The data contained in the correspondence, including the email address, are processed by the Controller in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"), for the following purposes:

• to communicate with you, in particular to process requests for quotations, resolve complaints regarding the Controller's products or services, or for other purposes arising from the content of your correspondence, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• to conclude and perform any contract between you and the Controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• in order to fulfill the Controller's legal obligations towards you specified in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
• to implement the Controller's marketing activities within the framework of the Controller's legitimate interest, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and in accordance with your declarations of intent regarding marketing communications submitted to the Controller. Consents granted in the scope of marketing communications (e.g., to send commercial information by electronic means or to contact you by telephone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The person providing data has the right to request from the Controller access to the data concerning them, to rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing. The right to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Controller does not transfer the personal data provided to third parties.

The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e.:

• in the case of providing a service/delivering a product to the User – for the period necessary for the Controller to perform the requested service or deliver the product to the User.
